Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At INSAF, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in our policies. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for donations, memberships, and other transactions made through our website insaf.org.in.

2. Donations
All donations made to INSAF are voluntary contributions to support our initiatives and are non-refundable. We encourage donors to carefully consider their decision before making a contribution. However, in case of accidental duplicate transactions or errors, a refund request may be made within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Membership Fees
Membership fees paid to INSAF are non-refundable once processed. If you experience any issues with your membership payment, please contact us at insafbharat@gmail.com.

4. Event Registrations & Participation Fees
If you have registered for an event organized by INSAF and need to cancel your participation:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by INSAF, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

5. Merchandise & Products
If INSAF offers merchandise or products for sale, refund and cancellation policies will be outlined separately on the respective product pages. Generally:

  • Cancellation requests will only be accepted before order shipment.
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued in case of defective or damaged products upon valid proof within 7 days of delivery.

6. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. INSAF is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
