2. Donations
All donations made to INSAF are voluntary contributions to support our initiatives and are non-refundable. We encourage donors to carefully consider their decision before making a contribution. However, in case of accidental duplicate transactions or errors, a refund request may be made within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees paid to INSAF are non-refundable once processed. If you experience any issues with your membership payment, please contact us at insafbharat@gmail.com.
4. Event Registrations & Participation Fees
If you have registered for an event organized by INSAF and need to cancel your participation:
- Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled by INSAF, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
5. Merchandise & Products
If INSAF offers merchandise or products for sale, refund and cancellation policies will be outlined separately on the respective product pages. Generally:
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted before order shipment.
- Refunds or replacements may be issued in case of defective or damaged products upon valid proof within 7 days of delivery.
6. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. INSAF is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
