Open to all students in India. Minors (under 18) need parental consent for:

✅ Avoid violence/property damage during protests
❌ Never misuse INSAF’s name for personal gain
Protests & Activism
1 Personal Responsibility
INSAF organizes peaceful demonstrations but doesn’t control external factors
Participate at your own risk
2 Media & Documentation
By attending INSAF events:
You consent to being photographed/filmed for documentation
Can request blurring for safety concerns
Donations & Funding
1 Transparency
All donations fund:
Legal aid
Student relief
Administrative costs
Audit reports available on demand
2 Refunds
Donations are non-refundable except for proven fraud.
Intellectual Property
1 Content Ownership
All protest art/campaign materials created for INSAF become collective property
May be freely shared with attribution
2 Logo Usage
Requires written permission for:
Commercial purposes
Party-political campaigns
Liability Disclaimer
INSAF isn’t liable for:
Injuries during protests
Legal consequences of individual actions
Accuracy of third-party links
Termination
We may revoke membership for:
Hate speech/violence
Financial misconduct
Collaborating with oppressors
Governing Law
Disputes subject to Indian courts (Delhi jurisdiction).
